LOCATION AND HOW TO TRAVEL TO LOST RIVER CAVE AND VALLEY
Lost River Cave and Valley is located at the intersection of U.S. 31-W (Nashville Road) and Cave Mill Road in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The site may be accessed with routing as follows:
Traveling North on Interstate 65--
Exit at the Scottsville Road U.S. 231 interchange (Exit 22). Go North on Scottsville Road to Cave Mill Road. Turn left on Cave Mill Road (between K-Mart Shopping Center and Greenwood Mall) and travel Cave Mill Road (becomes Dishman Lane) to U.S. 31-W (Nashville Road). Turn right or North on U.S.-31-W and you will see Lost River Cave and Valley one block on the right.
If you want to miss in-town Bowling Green traffic, travel to the 1st Bowling Green Exit (Number 20). Exit onto the Natcher Parkway (it begins at this point). Travel 4 miles to the 1st Exit (Number 4). Turn right onto 31-W. Go 1.1 miles and Lost River Cave and Valley will be on your right.
Traveling South on Interstate 65--
Exit at the Scottsville Road U.S. 231 interchange (Exit 22). Go North on Scottsville Road to Cave Mill Road. Turn left on Cave Mill Road (between K-Mart Shopping Center and Greenwood Mall) and travel Cave Mill Road (becomes Dishman Lane) to U.S. 31-W (Nashville Road). Turn right or North on U.S.-31-W and you will see Lost River Cave and Valley one block on the right.
Traveling into Bowling Green on U.S. 68-80 from Russellville--
After passing under the Natcher Parkway, turn right at the 2nd light (Save-A-Lot on corner) onto Dishman Lane. Follow Dishman Lane to U.S. 31-W and turn left (Minit Mart will be on your right). You will then be one-block from Lost River on your right.
Traveling into Bowling Green either North or South on U.S. 31-W--
The Lost River Cave and Valley is located on U.S. 31 W half-way between Campbell Lane (traveling south) and Natcher Parkway (traveling north).
Traveling into Bowling Green from Morgantown on U.S. 231--
Exit U.S. 231 at Natcher Parkway and travel east to U.S. 31-W ( Nashville Road - Exit No. 4). Turn left (north) on U.S. 31-W 1 mile to the Lost River Cave and Valley on the right.
